The Bright Side || Weekly Edit

♡ I ordered myself both volumes of Codename: Sailor V after reading a bit about the storyline and I cannot wait for it to arrive! I am going to hold off on reading more Sailor Moon manga until I've read these two as I am sure they'll make me see Sailor Venus is a whole new light.

These gorgeous mermaid cupcakes by Sugar Hero are way too pretty to eat - but I'd do it anyway. So glad I finally decided to embrace the mermaid trend; they're so fun and magical!

These pun-filled lunch printables are actually the cutest things ever. If Daniel had a job where he took lunch to work - and I was actually someone who made things in the kitchen other than sweets - I would totally stick these on his lunch. I'm such a sucker for puns!

A humorous drawing with a very real meaning. How people treat food service workers greatly affects what I think about them!

10 couples share what their favourite part of their wedding was. (Did you know that I love reading marriage and relationship blogs? There's nothing more heartwarming than couples who think the world of each other and are always looking to bring more happiness into their relationship!)

I've had T-Swift's new song on repeat every single day since it came out and I'm still not over it. I cannot wait for her new album and tour!

As I have already mentioned quite a few times, my birthday is coming up in September which means I am freaking out, of course. Don't get me wrong, I love my birthday - I celebrate it all month long - but having to organise three different dinners + the fact that I will soon be 21 is dampening my excitement a little bit. I'm sure I'll feel a bit better once I've actually booked all three dinners, and gotten those phone calls out of the way.

SpongeBob as an anime is both the most wonderful and most terrifying thing I've ever seen.

Every now and then, Daniel discovers a recipe online that he likes and wants to recreate it at home, and it always turns out perfect. Daniel seems to have a knack for being in the kitchen; he always knows what spices and herbs to add to a dish that will make all the difference.

I always think I'm not going to like what he's making as I am a very fussy eater, but I always end up loving it. This week he made a slow cooked beef casserole and it was so good! That may not sound amazing to most of you, but we don't get a lot of nights together and usually have soup, pasta or a microwave meal for dinner, so it's a really special treat when we can have a nice, home cooked meal together.

♡ It's not even funny how badly I need this doormat!

Until next time,
Indya xx
